A fundraiser to benefit the Gloucester Mathews Care Clinic
During this time of social distancing, we can't all come together for our annual Oktoberfest celebration to raise money to support the Gloucester and Mathews community and the needs to provide health care to the un and underinsured. BUT WE CAN still enjoy Oktoberfest, raise some money and support our patients!
Here's how!

Order your Oktoberfest picnic bag online before September 30, 2020.

What does a sponsorship get you?
MORTGAGE PARTNER: $5,000 - Includes (5) picnic bags for two, recognition on social media event promotions. This sponsorship would cover the cost of one month’s mortgage for GMCC.
MEDICAL PARTNER: $2,500 - Includes (4) picnic bags for two, recognition on social media event promotions. This sponsorship would cover the cost of 18-primary care medical visits
OR 6-specialty care visits at GMCC.
MENTAL HEALTH PARTNER: $1,000 - Includes (3) picnic bags for two, recognition on social media event promotions. This sponsorship would cover the cost of 6-mental health visits at GMCC.
Rx PARTNER: $500 - Includes (2) picnic bags for two, recognition on social media event promotions. This sponsorship would cover the cost of a GMCC patients’ diabetic prescriptions for a month.
STAFF PARTNER: $250 - Includes (1) picnic bag for two, recognition on social media event promotions. This sponsorship would cover the cost of GMCC office supplies for a month.
PPE PARTNER: $100 - Recognition on social media event promotions. This sponsorship will help cover the cost of PPE needed in the clinic for one week.

STEP 4
On Saturday, October 3, 2020, from 3 to 5 pm, come by the clinic to pick up your meals!
